terms of service & payment

Before ordering a commission, please make sure that your character of choice/idea resonates in some way with the artworks I produce. I reserve the right to decline your order at the stage of discussion.

by commissioning me, you agree with the following:

  • You acknowledge that the product you will receive digital only, meaning there will not be any shipping of any physical goods. As a commissioner you will receive a .PNG or a .PSD file in case of a VTuber model.

  • My artwork is for personal and private use only, meaning that I do not allow an unauthorised commercial use of my artwork unless it is explicitly accorded at the time the order was placed.

  • As an artist I maintain all rights to my artworks, therefore may use the commissions in my portfolio, social media and other media, unless otherwise discussed with the client.

  • It is strictly prohibited to mint my artworks as a NFT (Non-fungible token), nor any usage of my artwork for AI. I will not tolerate any use of my artwork in such a way, with no exceptions.

  • It is prohibited to trace, copy, removing watermark and edit the artwork in any way, as well as claiming the artwork as yours. It applies to everyone including the commissioner.

  • Credit me (social media tag or a link to one of my socials) explicitly anytime the art is showcased.

process and payment

  • I ask for a full payment beforehand via bank transfer ($) or BuyMeACoffee.

  • I will expect that you have your somewhat detailed references for your characters and ideas ready to be sent.

  • Any edits will be made during the sketching phase. You may ask for the process if you desire to do so. All edits made after the completion of the commission will be a subject to additional fees, depending on the complexity of the edit.

  • Deadlines will vary depending on the commission type, going from 3 weeks to 2 months. Rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.

  • Completed product is delivered through the service where the communication with the client happened; high-quality .png files are sent via google drive

  • I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I am not unable to finish your order, or if the commissions has not been started. Contact me in case you have any questions or want to see any stages of work. Otherwise I do not do refunds.

  • Kemonomimi

  • Clothes (detailed)

  • Light NSFW (pin-up, ero)

  • Fandom characters

  • Heavy NSFW/any NSFW featuring apparent minors

  • Furry or anthro

  • Real people

commercial use

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner on the stage of discussion.
I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price for any commercial usage including but not limited to streaming assets (excluding personal icons and banners), album covers, promotional artwork, etc. It does not apply to the Vtuber model, as it already includes the right to use it on streams for commercial purposes.Artwork used for a merchandise purposes will be charged an one-time fee of +200% of the total price.
